The pay classification for these positions is LTC-B per the salary ordinance. Hourly wage is $23.73-$27.42 based on relevant experience, etc. The Town’s benefits package includes health, dental, vision, paid holidays, access to the Indiana Public Retirement System (INPERS), PTO, and longevity.
