The BZA also hears and makes final decisions on conditional use requests. In addition, the BZA makes the final decision concerning appeals regarding administrative decisions. The BZA consists of five members appointed by the Town Council and Plan Commission. The Board meets the third Monday of each month at 6 pm at Sellersburg Town Hall.
