Town Council Review of Water and Sewer Rates

Water and sewer rates adjustments were last approved in 2020 taking effect in 2021 and 2022. The Council is currently reviewing adjusting water and sewer rates based on recommendations from the Town’s financial consultant, Baker Tilly Municiple Advisors LLC.

Sanitation Rates to be Adjusted

Per the adoption of 2025-OR-019, Sanitation Charges will increase from $10.00 to $15.00 per can. Services included in monthly Sanitation Charges are the following: -Weekly Trash Collection -Yard Waste Collection -Spring and Fall Dumpster Use (Clean Week) -Large Item Pick-Up This increase is effective November 1, 2025, and will reflect on your December Utility Invoice.
